Setting And Achieving Your Goals

I Love This!   I believe setting and achieving goals is so important. It gives uspurpose, something to work toward. When you start achieving your goals the feeling is FANTASTIC! 

 One of the biggest goals I'd set for myself 18 months ago was to lose 20 kg. Well, I DID IT!!!  In fact I lost 25kg!  WOOHOO!  Oh what a feeling (as the song goes!)!!! I feel amazing, not just physically but mentally too. The sense of achievement has been overwhelming. I'm really proud of myself.  Keeping the weight off is my ongoing goal, and it's working. Mindset is everything!
So why don't you try it. Start by setting some short, medium and long term goals and take action, START working toward them today!
